My career in technology has been shaped by more than two decades of leadership, with substantial operational responsibility, P&L ownership, and accountability for results.

I've led international organizations through rapid growth, recession, business transformation, acquisitions, and post-merger integration. I've worked at startups, SMEs, and global enterprises, navigating the organizational, technical, and human challenges that come with building and running successful businesses.

Along the way, I've developed, coached, and mentored senior leaders, many of whom now hold executive positions themselves.

Today, I bring that experience to organizations and leaders as an independent consultant, advisor, and interim executive. My approach is pragmatic, direct, and grounded in firsthand experience rather than consulting theory.
