How We Work
This isn't coaching, and it isn't traditional consulting. There are no predefined programs, frameworks, or deliverables.
We meet regularly, typically twice a month, for confidential, unfiltered conversations about whatever matters most to you.
You bring the challenges, questions, decisions, or frustrations you're dealing with. I bring experience, an independent perspective, and a willingness to ask uncomfortable questions.
Between conversations, I stay engaged with the issues we're working through. The goal isn't to create more work for you. It's to help you cut through the noise, crystallize priorities, and move forward.
